■ Refurbishment of an existing holiday cottage in Domasa - Polany, Slovakia. The existing fabric of the building was retained - the external walls were kept. 1st floor accessible from eastern side - functions as a reception / communal room with a dining room, kitchen. Attached to it is a toilet, store room, garden storage and access to 2nd floor. 2nd floor is designed to accomodate 3 bedrooms, living room and bathroom. North - west elevation of the holiday cottage will have large balcony / terrace with views towards lake Domasa.
