■ The brief of the client was to design an office building which will show specific requirements of its organization as well as timeless design with its unique character.
■ Headquarter for RITRO financial services will be based in Poprad, Slovakia. The main arm of the proposed building is 5 storeys high. Through the central core is the main communication corridor leading to a 5 storey high offices and attached is a 4 storey high open offices wing. The south facade has a double glazed apperance with external horizontal shutters protecting it from heat. Behind the fixed southern facade horizontal shutters is the double storey open office which functions as brokers/dealers premises. Eye of the building dominates the North facade - panoramatic window with views towards Vysoke Tatry. It is the CEOs office. The podium on which sits the building is further enriched with a pool like structure, and a fountain. The carparks can be found underground.
