■ This project proposes the full refurbishment of an existing Sport Center on the outskirts of Presov -Nizna Sebastova, Slovakia. Refurbishment encompasses the overhaul of an existing administration building and change rooms together with a pub. This should expand to 2 floors from existing ground floor. The existing open space around the main football pitch is also planned to be revitalized as an additional space to be used for other sports activities. Close to the main club building a new children playground is planned. In addition to the general overhaul of the buildings a new coffee / snack shop is proposed.
